About Alyssa

Alyssa is a Reiki Master and relaxation masseur. She is passionate about wellness of the mind, body and soul and spirit, encouraging her clients to self-love and to live as their heart desires.
 
Reiki is a Japanese term that translates to “universal life force energy”.  It is a non- invasive and non-manipulative energy healing.  
 
Reiki energy flows through the seven major chakra points providing balance and promotes a healthy and energised mind, body, soul and spirit.  It stimulates our bodies own healing abilities.

Alyssa completed her Swedish massage certificate in 1994 and over the years has broadened her technique to massage through intuition and incorporates deep tissue massage where appropriate.

Massage encourages the release of stress and tension in the body allowing for deep relaxation to re-energise in the form of touch therapy.
