About Edina

Edina is a Remedial Massage Therapist with a background in science and nutrition. Her work is attentive, tissue-led, and informed by a strong understanding of connective tissue function and recovery.

She has trained in Quadrivas Therapy in the Netherlands — a manual approach focused on circulation, loose connective tissue, lipoedema management, vascular support, and reducing fibrotic restriction — and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study.

She is also trained in Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Level 1.

Her treatments support clients experiencing lipoedema, scar tissue (please enquire to assess suitability), adhesions, fluid retention, soft tissue restriction, menopause-related symptoms, and general muscular tension. Depending on the client’s needs, treatments may range from gentle lymphatic work to deeper tissue-based techniques.
