Edina Ódor is a Remedial Massage Therapist with a background in science and nutrition. Her approach is holistic and tissue-led. She has a particular interest in fascia and connective tissue, physical presentations of hormonal changes and lipoedema management.Edina has undertaken Quadrivas Therapy training in the Netherlands, a decongestive therapy approach focusing on tissue function, circulation and soft tissue restrictions. She is also trained in Dr Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Level 1.

Remedial Massage

Edina uses targeted, tissue-led techniques to address pain, muscle tension and restricted movement, including issues associated with posture, prolonged sitting and desk work, injuries, hormonal changes and stress. Treatment is individualised and ranges from gentler myofascial techniques through to deep remedial work, depending on your needs and suitability.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic skin-stretching technique developed to increase lymphatic flow and clearance through the tissues.

It may be particularly relevant for people seeking support with fluid retention, overall lymphatic health and immune function.

Quadrivas Therapy

Quadrivas Therapy is a full-body, deep-tissue decongestive manual therapy developed to support tissue health and function by improving circulation, enhancing fluid clearance and reducing fibrotic restrictions.

It may be particularly relevant for people seeking support with:

  • Lipoedema
  • Fluid retention and tissue congestion
  • Scar tissue
  • Fibrotic tissue and adhesions
  • Circulation-related concerns
  • Muscular or fascial tension
