Helping people improve their health, the functioning of their bodies and their enjoyment of life through Osteopathy and increased body awareness is Alexis’s passion and goal.
Having been in practice as a NSW registered Osteopath for over 12 years, much of Alexis’ practice is focused on assisting women pre, during and post pregnancy; infants and children; and the elderly: Assisting the body in preparation for pregnancy. And dealing with the profound changes of pregnancy and assisting your return to the pre-pregnancy state.

Improving function, balance and ability in the elderly.
Using gentle techniques (cranial osteopathy, ligamentous balancing, joint articulation and mobilisation, muscle energy techniques, deep tissue mobilisation, trigger point inhibition) along with postural support, basic nutritional support and therapeutic exercise to support and balance and integrate the body systems, optimise the body’s natural healing capacity.

Dysfunction; and Dizziness & BPPV
